Is an AI Chatbot Secure for Customer Data? (HVAC)

HVAC customers share their home addresses, phone numbers, and details about their heating and cooling systems through your website. It's fair to ask: is an AI chatbot secure enough to handle that data?

How AI Chatbot Security Works

CoolerDesk takes data protection seriously. Every conversation between a visitor and the chatbot is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 — the same standard banks use. Data at rest is encrypted on secure cloud infrastructure.

What Data Does the Chatbot Collect?
